Complaint form

All goods received at our warehouse are always thoroughly checked and carefully packed for shipping. However, since we do not want to unseal the original packaging of the goods from the manufacturer, some defects are found only after the product has been completely unpacked. If you discover damage or a manufacturing defect while unpacking the product, please proceed as follows:

Please contact us at info@argao.eu upon receiving your order with detailed description of the damage and include photos if possible,

or by mail to the address:

we will contact you afterwards and agree on the next steps, in the case of returning the goods, please pack them carefully to prevent damage during transport.
